Pls help, my total downloaded shows 10.64gb but completed only 360mb. Everytime it reaches 400mb, it starts back at 300mb. pls help me understand, i've searched everywhere for answers.

Try to download it from other pc (you will have the same issue even if you try to download from different torrent client)
This one has several keyframes damaged, seeing a lot of visual artifacts when that happens.
